Why Camping in a Tent is Better Than Staying in a Hut
While out hiking, (we call it tramping in New Zealand ๐) Iโve had the privilege of going on many wilding camping trips in tents. Some of these wild camping trips have been to scenic locations in the middle of summer, and others have been in harsh environments with wild storms that totally freaked me out! Lol.
In Part 1 of Wild Camping Tips and Tricks – Tents vs Huts, I compare the many huts in New Zealand and on the trail with being out wild camping in a tent. I hope these videos inform and inspire you to create amazing memories that last for a lifetime. Keep a look out for Part 2 where I go over the 3 main types of wild camping tents.

What Is a Y-Strap Adjustment?
A Y-strap adjustment is a form of spinal manipulation in which manual, axial traction is applied to the cervical spine (your neck) to bring about the release of stuck joints and any nerve pressure that is causing neck pain. Applying axial force to the cervical spine is similar to lumbar (low back) spinal decompression therapy that is applied to the lumbar spine on a table called a spinal decompression table.
