Big Ten Conference Making Big Changes
It’s a dream come true for all the Michigan & Ohio State football fans. Could it be possible for the “Big Game” to be played twice in one season? According to the new divisions in the Big Ten Conference, that just might happen. Starting at the beginning of the 2011 – 2012 academic year, the Big Ten Conference will be divided into two divisions. Although the names of these two conferences are still to be determined, the teams have already been assigned. The biggest news to come from this dividing of the conference is that Michigan and Ohio State have been separated.
What Happend to the Patriots Fans in Gillette StadiumI live in New England Patriots Territory I have been a fan of the Saints for the past few years. Please let me explain. When you live in a geographical area you usually route for you home team as I do the Red Sox, The Celtics, The Bruins. I do have love for the Patriots. I was raised a “Pats fan” and for years I watched them win some and lose some in Gillette Stadium. But when you don’t attend a home team Game in 7-10 years they start to lose the “Home Team Feeling”. When I watch a game on TV and the Stadium is empty after 3 quarters I have the feeling of disappointment in the fans now attending games. I also have an understanding they are not the fans I enjoyed sitting next to for years.
