Team Italy set a new world record to win the men’s team pursuit in track cycling at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. Simone Consonni, Filippo Ganna, Francesco Lamon, and Jonathan Milan raced to gold in a phenomenal time of 3:42.032 to defeat Denmark in the final.
